Terms of Service
GENERAL
1. 50% payment upfront is required and rest after sketch confirmed. Please ask for any edits during the sketching phase.
2. I only accept PayPal payments, pricing is in USD currency.
3. Price for any merch use, or business-related is x2 times the original price.
4. I only accept a full refund before the start of the commission, 50% will be refunded if the client is not satisfied with the result during the sketch phase and wishes to cancel during then.
5. All commissions payment includes a Paypal processing fee (rate varies based on Paypal policy)
6. Please do not put any of my work into any AI program.
DELIVERY
Due to having another main job, I can only work on the commission during weekends. Therefore I do not take rush commissions in order to maintain my health and the quality of the art.-Non-Live2D Illustrations: 3 weeks-Live2D Model: Depending on the difficulty and detail, can take months-Emote: 1-2 weekFeel free to DM me for progress updates.

RIGHTS
Client1. May use the commission for social media and other personal purposes.2. Retain all rights to intellectual property (IP).3.
